Sales Assistant

• You will be responsible for insuring that all official company communications to our customers and between the team members are delivered at world class standards in a fashionable time and that our sales calls (meetings), events, follow ups, and presentations are always on schedule and flawlessly organized.

• You will be responsible for managing executives calendars, schedules, emails, and travel and ensuring they are prepared well in advance of each interaction with a potential client and briefed on a bottom line strategic go forward basis.

• You will operate as the glue that holds the team together ensuring that meeting agendas are sent out well before the start of the meeting, that all attendees are on task during the meeting, and that everyone is briefed (both client and Future Media) after the meeting and understands what was discussed and agreed to during the meeting.
